Comfibre S.p.A. was founded in Prato in 1974 and since then it has been a leading company in the trade of raw materials, fibers and yarns used in the textile industry.
It is provided with a warehouse of 700 sqm located in the textile district in Prato that, for decades, has been considered the main centre for this economic sector in Europe
and one of the most relevant industrial hubs in the world. Besides Prato has always been a major reference point for most significant fashion brands.
Thanks to its decades of experience, Comfibre S.p.A. can promptly satisfy the most varied market needs. In fact in its warehouses you can find a variety of products
that ranges from wool to any types of staples up to the most current raw and coloured yarns in different types of compositions with a stock service of about a hundred colours
and also to the elastomer family. Comfibre’s mission is to ensure customers’ whole satisfaction through a constant research of quality and sustainability of raw materials,
a wide range of products and colours in stock service and a prompt delivery.

The company has adopted the ZDHC MRSL for eliminating toxic and harmful chemicals from its processes and the 4S PRSL for raw material control. It has also implemented all the ZDHC CMS TIG requirements on internal and external processes.
