ABOUT CONNECTION WIRES

The district culture the excellence of Italian fashion production is based on, the interconnection amongst fashion & luxury companies and amongst systems supporting sustainable transition: the 11th 4sustainability Event – the second On the Road hosted this year by FASAC1955 – will focus on these themes.

From the framework of the European Green Deal to the opportunities offered in Italy by the PNRR (Piano Nazionale Ripresa e Resilienza), including enabling technologies, Event 2024 chooses the combination of innovation and sustainable development as its central theme and identifies interdependence amongst enterprises and interoperability amongst systems as the keys to success. The ambition is to simplify this complexity by drawing parallels between new regulations and business cases that have anticipated their basic requirements.

FAQ | FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS

The Event is aimed primarily at fashion & luxury brands and manufacturing companies, consistent with the framework’s historical mission of fostering dialogue and collaboration between brands and the supply chain. Researchers and academics, sustainability and sustainable fashion experts, journalists, and representatives of major international organizations and initiatives engaged in the fashion system’s transition to sustainability are also invited.

Once again this year, participation in the 4sustainability Event is free of charge but by invitation only. From the invitation, which is estimated to be sent in July 2024, you will be able to directly access the registration form to be filled out in its entirety.

There are no strict rules in this regard, but we have made an effort to ensure the presence of as many companies as possible with at least one person.

There is no way to participate remotely in the 4sustainability Event: the 2024 edition is in-person only.

The deadline to submit your application is September 20, 2024. Given the special nature of the location and the expected number of requests, however, we may reach the maximum allowed even earlier than that date. If you are really interested, please fill out the registration form now once you receive your invitation.

Sure. The main thing is that you notify us well in advance giving us the first and last name of the person who will take your place. If you are no longer able to come and no colleague will replace you, it is all the more important that you write to us so as not to preclude others from the possibility: in case of no cancellation or cancellation after September 26 – the deadline for registrations – there is a penalty of € 100.00 that we will allocate to charity. For any communication regarding the Event, the address to refer to is è events@processfactory.it.

After the Event is over, we will consider sharing a summary of the proceedings with participants only.
