WHAT WE’LL TALK ABOUT

Traceability and the enhancement of responsible supply chains are rewriting the rules of the fashion system. At the 12th edition of the 4sustainability Event, we’ll explore how harmonized methodologies, data sharing, stakeholder collaboration and interconnected technologies can make the supply chain more efficient, protect brand reputation and reduce impacts.

Through real-world cases and insights from leading voices in the industry, we’ll show how priorities can turn into measurable results.

  • Monitoring systems that enhance supplier performance and reliability.
  • Strategic partnerships that accelerate goal achievement.
  • Digital Product Passports built on data integrity for transparent communication with the market and consumers.

Once again this year, we meet inside a production site — where processes evolve to meet new rules and challenges.

AGENDA

FAQ | DOMANDE RICORRENTI

The Event is primarily addressed to fashion & luxury brands and manufacturing companies, in line with the framework’s long-standing mission to foster dialogue and collaboration between brands and the supply chain. Invitations are also extended to researchers and university professors, sustainability and sustainable fashion experts, trade journalists, as well as representatives of leading international organizations and initiatives committed to guiding the fashion system’s transition towards sustainability.

Participation in the 4sustainability Event is free of charge but by invitation only. Through the invitation, you can directly access the request-to-attend form, which we kindly ask you to complete in full.

There are no strict rules in this regard, but we are committed to ensuring the participation of as many companies as possible. Initially, we cannot accept more than two requests per company. That said, if you wish to attend the Event with more than one colleague, we recommend submitting all participation requests: numbers will be reviewed progressively, and we will provide you with feedback accordingly.

At present, we are unfortunately unable to accept additional requests.

Yes, due to the high demand, this year’s 2025 edition of the 4sustainability Event can also be followed remotely. Simply register through the form included in your invitation; participation is subject to confirmation under the same criteria outlined above.

Registrations for in-person participation are now closed as the maximum capacity has been reached. If you are still motivated to attend, we suggest you use the registration link in your invitation to join the waiting list; you will be contacted in case of cancellations.

Of course, provided you inform us well in advance by sharing the full name of the person who will take your place. If you are unable to attend and no colleague will replace you, it is important that you notify us to allow others to participate: in case of no-shows or cancellations received after September 23, a €100 penalty will apply, which we will allocate to charitable purposes. For any communication regarding the Event, please write to events@ympact.xyz .

Confirmations and feedback are sent in successive rounds based on the order of requests received. Messages will come from events@ympact.xyz / connect@ympact.xyz / giulia.stirpe@ympact.xyz :

please check your inbox regularly, including the Spam folder.

Registration is officially closed, except for the waiting list.

If you have not received an invitation, it does not necessarily mean you are not in our distribution database, especially if you work for a brand or company in the fashion supply chain – the core audience of the Event. Please check your inbox carefully, including the Spam folder. If you find nothing, you may write to events@ympact.xyz, specifying your full name and company. Availability is limited and participation cannot be guaranteed, but we will review your request and provide feedback as soon as possible.

After the Event, we will consider sharing a summary of the key outcomes exclusively with participants.
